1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Evalorie platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Evalorie provides an AI-powered real estate evaluation engine that analyzes property videos and images to generate instant scoring, insights, and marketing-ready content. Our services include but are not limited to room detection, area estimation, finish evaluation, and content generation in multiple languages.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where prohibited
• Share account access with unauthorized users

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all property media you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content as necessary to provide our services. Generated marketing content may be used by you for your business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates content based on analysis of your property media. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated scores, area estimations, and descriptions are approximations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for property valuations or legal decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

7. Subscription and Payment

Subscription terms:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Unused analyses do not roll over to the next billing period

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evalorie Ltd (Company No. 15847362) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in all analyses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
